I have had great burgers at Jus Burgers, but yesterday was a huge disappointment. Both my husband and I ordered the beef burger, I took one bite and the burger was so dry it felt like stale bread in my mouth.. It was so overdone, and gray all the way through, and very thin (usually the burgers are at nice and thick). In addition, the burger bread was cold and burnt...We complained and got our money back, so that was great, but is is such a shame that the standards cant be kept up.. Never going back to that place, which is a shame, cause the burgers used to bee really good..

And one more thing. I have to ask- what is the deal with the 5 dollar meal deal ( or whatever its called). You get a t-spoon of cold slaw and a t- spoon off tomato relish+ a tiny bowl of chips. It does not make sense, lets say there's 2 of you. that means you are paying 10 dollars for chips which equals the cost of a side serve of chips for 4 dollars. meaning the 2 of you are paying 6 dollars for a serve each of the ridiculous amounts of slaw and relish.what a rip off..

Jus burgers are usually great but last night i had a shocker. The Angus burger i had was kind of medium / rare and tasteless. I pushed thru it because i like my steak medium rare and so am not afraid of a 'bit of pink' but that in hindsight was a bad idea. I am writing this after spending the last 20mins on the can with some nasty diarrhea......
